Do you deliver and set up the screen?
Yes! We handle the delivery, positioning, full setup, and show you how to run your content so everything is ready to go before your event starts.
Is the screen bright enough for daytime?
Definitely. Our LED screen is built for outdoor daylight viewing — it stays sharp and bright even under direct sunlight.
What can I play on the screen?
Almost anything! You can plug in a laptop, stream with HDMI, or run preloaded videos and sponsor loops. We’ll guide you through setup.
Do you provide audio?
Yes, audio is included for all events. If you need to connect to a larger PA system, we can guide you or assist with additional options.
Do I need power on-site?
Nope. Every rental includes its own built-in generator. If your location has power available, we can use that too — just let us know.
What happens if it rains?
Our screen is fully weather-rated and safe for outdoor use. If there’s severe weather, we’ll work with you on setup and adjustments.
How much space does setup require?
About the size of one parking space for the trailer and a little viewing room in front. We’ll work with you to find the best spot on-site.
How long does setup take?
Setup is quick — usually less than 15 minutes once we’re parked. You won’t need to lift a finger. We handle everything.
How far away can people see it?
The screen looks great up close or from 200+ feet away. Perfect for big crowds at open-air events.
How do you price rentals?
Pricing depends on your event date, location, and run time. Just send us the basics and we’ll get a customized quote over to you quickly.
How soon should I book?
As early as possible — especially for weekends and sports seasons. We’ll always do our best to fit you in.
Can we play sponsor ads or logos before or during the event?
Absolutely. We can run your sponsor content or talk about sponsor-supported rental options if you’re working with a tight budget.
